Ardú Croí Retreat

Ardú Croí ~ heart lifting ~ hope, strength, courage

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for like hearted folks to connect. Hearts that beat to the rhythm of social change, social justice, embodiment and who care about their communities and planet. We’ll be offering trauma-informed practices, tools to look after ourselves so we don’t burnout. Taking place just after the threshold of Samhain, we’ll be harnessing the ancestral wisdom of this time and the support of the magical land of Sligo.

Samhain on the Celtic calendar is the threshold into the giamos ~ the darkness. Nature is turning inwards and we are invited on that journey too. Like the shedding autumn leaves, it’s a time to reflect on the past spiral and to shed what’s no longer working to slow down and make more space for deep rest . We’ll work with our ancestral wisdom of the Celtic Wheel over the weekend and weave its knowing into our lives.
